The Strawberry Hill Trust was formed in August 2002 with a mission to restore Horace Walpole’s gothic villa and open it to a wider public. Created by Horace Walpole in the 18th century, Strawberry Hill is internationally famous as Britain’s finest example of Georgian Gothic revival architecture. Strawberry Hill House kindly offer our Kempton race-goers and members half price admission to visit Strawberry Hill on presentation of a racecard. For more information please contact Strawberry Hill House.
Established in 1898, London Irish became a professional rugby club in 1996. There have been many developments over the years, including a move out to Madejski Stadium where London Irish now play all their home matches, and a move from the former spirital home at The Avenue to the elite Hazelwood training facility which they now call home. The avenue is just around the corner from Kempton Park so we have a long standing partnership with our neighbours London Irish, who attend and support our Irish Night fixture in July annually.
